Irama assisted in the estate of my grandmother who passed away. She gave options to proceed with the house as my mother is 2nd owner. She provided the idea of siblings turning in their percentage of profit. Siblings are two sisters and my mother, process was smooth. Irama processed the paperwork and guided with needed notary and document processes. The process is now finished and the house is under my mother’s name.
